Hadeel N. Masseoud

Senior Associate

Hadeel Masseoud is a Senior Associate with Curran Legal Services Group, Inc. Her practice focuses on Government contracts, with an emphasis on Government leases and acquisitions. She counsels new and existing companies in developing policies and negotiating and drafting agreements with Government entities and subcontractors. Ms. Masseoud has extensive experience in Government lease novations, agency protests, and claims.

Experience

Ms. Masseoud provides counsel on all aspects of Government contracts and Federal procurement law, with an emphasis on construction and leasing issues. Her experience includes a robust litigation practice before the Civilian Board of Contract Appeals, Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals, Court of Federal Claims, Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, Small Business Administration and Government Accountability Office, spanning from pre-trial litigation through post-hearing final briefing and appeals.

Her work includes extensive experience in government contracts and transactional work, including the drafting of Novation documents, teaming agreements, and joint venture agreements. Ms. Masseoud has become an indispensable Senior Associate at Curran Legal and is engaged in all aspects of government contract administration and other claims issues, particularly with the U.S. General Services Administration and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.

Previous Employment Experience

From 2007 to 2013, Ms. Masseoud worked as in-house counsel for Primerica Financial Services, formerly a division of Citigroup, where she provided legal assistance regarding regulatory, supervisory, and legislative matters and the management of risk exposure to the company. While at Primerica, where she developed strong experience in compliance, risk and business issues facing corporate entities. From 2005 to 2007, she worked for McLarty, Robinson & Van Voorhies as an Associate Attorney, where she engaged in corporate transactional work, as well as business and commercial litigation matters.
