Hadeel N. Masseoud is an Associate with Curran Legal Services Group, Inc. Her practice focuses on Government contracts, with an emphasis on Government leases and acquisitions. She counsels new and existing companies in developing policies and negotiating and drafting agreements with Government entities and subcontractors.
From 2007 - 2013, Ms. Masseoud worked as in-house counsel for Primerica Financial Services, formerly a division of Citigroup, where she provided legal assistance regarding regulatory, supervisory and legislative matters and the management of risk exposure to the company. While at Primerica, where she developed strong experience in compliance, risk and business issues facing corporate entities. From 2005 - 2007, she worked for McLarty, Robinson & Van Voorhies as an Associate Attorney, where she engaged in corporate transactional work, as well as business and commercial litigation matters.
Ms. Masseoud obtained her law degree from the Emory University School of Law in 2003, along with a dual degree in Public Health through the university's JD/MPH program. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts Degree at Agnes Scott College in 1999, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Biochemistry.
